Grasshopper Cocktail Recipe
1 ounce green creme (crème) de menthe
1 ounce creme (crème) de cacao
1 ounce heavy cream
½ cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
To make a Mexican Grasshpper, substitue 1 ounce Mexican Coffee liqueur for the creme de cacao.
